Terms & Conditions
Each student must Not consume any alcohol after 12 hours before the lesson begins. NK Driver Training also has a very strong policy which forbids the use of any DRUGS prior or during the lesson. The driver also has the right to refuse any pupil the booking if they believe they are not in sound mind. This will result in the student being liable for the charge for that session.
Any cancelation must provide the instructor 48 hours notice prior the lesson begining. If a cancelation after this period it will result in the student paying the costs of that lesson booking.
Suitable clothing and footware Must be worn during each session, this is to ensure the safety of the instructor and the pupil.
Each pupil must provide their instructor with a Valid UK provisional driving licence, this is a UK requirement for any student wishing to proceed with driving lessons. The UK law states that each pupil must be at least 17 years old to commence with driving lessons.
If a student books a test without clearence from the instructor they have the right to refuse the use of the vehicle. The vehicle is only permitted when the instructor is comfortable with the students progress to complete the exam safely.
To be entered for your driving exam you MUST complete the theory test before hand.
